Spiritual Counseling
These Counseling sessions are designed for people
who are going through a difficult or challenging time in their life or who have issues that are keeping them from realizing
their full potential. It is not intended as psychotherapy, but rather as spiritual support.
During our individual sessions together we engage in soulful conversation to place the issues you are working with in a spiritual perspective and help you connect with your own source of intuitive guidance and wisdom.
Often, even one session
can help you shift the way you make meaning of your experience.
We can also incorporate into our sessions: dream work, the sacred play of art & ritual, energy work, work with our medicine wheel, healing
music or power songs, meditative journeying, walks in the woods or along the shore, guided meditations, and time to connect with
Spirit in whatever way is comfortable for you.
My aim is to help you develop resources for living
more fully in rhythm with Spirit, Nature and your own Soul.
Feel free to come for one session, or as many as you feel you need.
Before you come,
think about what you would like to incorporate into your session and feel free to ask for what you need.
Knowing how hard
it is to ask for what we need, I repeat: You have full permission to ask for what you need.
Sessions: 90 minutes
$65 (Sliding Scale available)
These sessions can be held in Mattituck, NY at a beautiful waterfront retreat,
or I can come to your home.
It is also possible to have a phone session if you live at a distance. Email me to

Soul Work Intensive
is a series of 6 Counseling sessions that are
designed to help you move through a challenging period of inner change and growth. It
may also include a guided retreat. Commitment is Essential to the process.
$60 per regular session. $80 for the retreat.
Some scholarship assistance is available for Spiritual Counseling
and Soul Work Intensives. Please don't be shy about inquiring.
Soul Friend Support
is available for people who are going through difficult times in their lives and are in need
of prayer, practical assistance and emotional and spiritual support. Whether you are experiencing bereavement, illness,
difficult transitions, domestic violence, or the challenge of a spiritual calling - know that you are not alone. Just
send an e-mail and we will find a way to be of support, as we are able. This service is provided free of charge, in gratitude
for all who have been there for me in my journey.
Spiritual Practice Support
Have you been wanting to start a regular Spiritual Practice, but find it hard to get started - or to keep going?
There is nothing like having an ally who can guide you into finding your personal spiritual path and cheer you on when
the going gets rough.
This program of spiritual practice support, begins with a 3 hour retreat to clarify your intentions and possible blockages,
and includes 3 monthly 1 &1/2 hour follow-up sessions, and personalized resources.
All faith traditions are honored and, if you are in exploration or have an eclectic leaning, that is fine too!
These sessions can be held at Jeanne's home in Mattituck, NY or in your home, or by phone.
The cost for all 4 sessions is $150.
(sliding scale or payment plan available, Commitment Essential!!!)
You are always welcome to schedule more follow-up visits at $40 per 90 minute session, or a half-day retreat at $60 per
session.
