Jeanne Marie Merkel, M.Div.
is Founding Director of Anam Cara Center. She holds her Masters in Divinity
in Psychology and Religion from Union Theological Seminary and received interfaith chaplaincy training in a NYC hospital.
An early childhood educator for many years, and a passionate grandmother and Soul Friend, she offers Spiritual Counseling
and Rites of Passage, as well as workshops in Celtic Spirituality, Movement, Collage, Spiritual Parenting, Voluntary Simplicity
and Connecting with Spirit through Nature.
She is also a trained SoulCollage facilitator.

Denise C. Plastiras, MS, PT
is a licensed physical therapist practicing for over 20 years and holds a graduate degree in exercise physiology
from Queens College. She is presently a professor at Touro College’s School of Physical Therapy. She is also a Certified
Integrative Yoga Instructor. She teaches therapeutic and integrative yoga classes which integrate postural retraining with
spinal stability and flexibility exercises. Her passion is helping people experience the depth and freedom of being fully
present in their bodies.
Denise may be offering workshops in the future. She is currently in the process of working on her doctorate.

Anneva Campbell Hackley, CHHC
Anneva Campbell Hackley, CHHC, is the founder of HealthStyles You Choose and is a Board Certified Holistic Health Counselor. She graduated from
the Institute
of Integrative Nutrition in New York City, and has
a BA in Sociology from Trinity College in
Washington, DC.
She worked as a Health Educator with the Peace Corp in Columbia,
South America; and as a Food Program Specialist for the USDA Food and Nutrition Service in Washington DC.
Anneva works with clients to help them attain optimal health without drugs,
through a clear understanding of food, nutrition and lifestyle choices. She is

Maureen Nelsen, LMT
is a Licensed Massage Therapist, specializing in CranioSacral, Reiki, Reflexology, Aroma Therapy and Swedish
